Why is there a $2.50/job platform fee?
It's our business model — and we think it's a fair one. Instead of charging monthly fees that hit you whether you're busy or slow, we only make money when you complete jobs. $2.50 per completed job, less with bulk packs, no contracts, no lock-in.
How do credit packs save me money?
The more jobs you buy in a pack, the less you pay per job. Starter is $2.50/job, Standard drops to $2/job (20% off), Pro is $1.50/job (40% off), and Bulk brings it down to $1/job (60% off).
What counts as a completed job?
Any job you accept and complete through TowMarX. Cancelled jobs before completion don't count toward your credits.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Do drivers need to download an app?
No. Everything happens over SMS. When you accept a job, your driver gets a text with a link — they tap it, see the job details, and dispatch. No app, no training, no onboarding.
